COOOOL. I'm gonna rub this one into my Italian friend's face. He's very proud of his heritage, and an amazing cook .(his wife makes the most delicious gnocchi) Ugg I hope he invites me over soon...
maybe you should rub it in AFTER you're there as you're eating the gnocchi.
(although chinese invented pasta, i'm not sure if gnocchi is invented by the Italians, since gnocchi is basically shaped riced potatoes...) i LOVE gnocchi - maggianos has gnocchi with vodka tomatoe sauce, it's yummy
